OUR HVAR PROJECT
 Our current project stands alone on a wooded hillside, 10 minutes from
town but 500m from the sea. The buildings are all old, traditional
stone built and will be used for high-end holiday accommodation for
Summer 2006.
 We’ve taken a collection of 9 buildings,
150 years old, and not been lived in for 40 years, and we are progressing
them through various stages. |
 We
got the land title cleared to initially purchase the property, we’ve
cleared the area, built two roads to it, organised electricity and
water from great distances, engaged architects, organised four building
firms and progressed through the build phase, and we are now ready to fit heating in all the completed houses!
